• Email hello@zeotein.com within 30 days of delivery to start a claim. We'll send return instructions, so please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
• Applies to your first Zeotein order, one claim per customer, household, and payment method.
• Covers one supply — stick packs or the bulk bag. If you ordered several, the guarantee applies to a single unit, not the whole order.
• Not covered: multi-month bundles and multi-packs (including the 4-Month Supply, Buy 3 Get 1 Free), wholesale orders, repeat and subscription renewal orders, and final sale items such as single-ingredient supplements, shakers, and accessories.
• Send back the product you have left. Opened is fine — you have to actually try it.
• Free items that came with your order — shaker, Save-A-Scoop, recipe guides — are yours to keep. No need to send those back.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We don't provide prepaid return labels.
• The 30-day period starts from delivery, not the order date.
• The refund covers the product price, less any discounts applied to the order. Original shipping is not refunded.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives.
• For subscriptions, a guarantee refund also cancels the subscription so there are no further billings.
• A one-line reason for the return is requested. Not to talk you out of it — it's the most useful feedback we get.
