ALL SALES ARE FINAL
By placing an order with Zeotein, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the merchant’s discretion where required by law.
🔁 Refund & Subscription Policy
At Zeotein, we aim to provide a simple and transparent experience. Please review our policy regarding subscriptions, renewals, and refunds.
📦 Subscription Orders & Renewals
When you select a subscription product, you receive a discounted price in exchange for automatic recurring deliveries.
- Subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery interval selected.
- Customers are responsible for managing or canceling their subscription before the next billing date.
- Continue billing until you cancel.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime using your customer portal link.
💳 Renewal Charges
If a subscription is not canceled before the renewal date:
- The order is processed and billed automatically.
- Once processed, renewal orders cannot be stopped.
🚚 Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Due to the nature of our products:
- Orders that have processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- We do not accept returns on opened consumable products.
Renewal Charges After Processing
If a renewal charge occurs and the order has already processed:
✔ Future shipments may be canceled
✘ Refunds will not be issued
✘ Processed renewal orders cannot be reversed
Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of the merchant and does not constitute a refund policy.
Order Processing & Cancellation Policy
Orders begin processing immediately after payment authorization.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
This includes subscription renewal orders.
Orders that have entered fulfillment, been packed, labeled, or shipped are final and non-refundable.
Packages refused or returned to sender are not eligible for refunds.
Presale Orders
- Presale orders are purchases made prior to production or fulfillment.
- Estimated ship dates are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Presale items ship on or around the disclosed date and in the order received.
- Presale orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled once processing begins.
Delays within the disclosed fulfillment window do not constitute non-delivery.
Digital Products & Program Materials
Some of our programs include digital guides, educational materials, and downloadable content delivered automatically after purchase.
- All digital products are non-refundable.
- Once digital materials are delivered or made available, the order is considered partially fulfilled.
- Refunds will not be issued for failure to review, access, or use digital content.
Physical Products
Due to the nature of our products (nutritional and wellness items):
- All physical product sales are final once shipped
- Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, or personal preference
- Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Refunds are not issued for shipping delays, carrier issues, or incorrect address entry.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Resolution, if any, will be determined at the merchant’s discretion and may include replacement only.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Presale orders within the disclosed fulfillment window
- Orders that include digital materials
- Orders that have entered fulfillment or shipped
- Failure to read product descriptions or policies
- Delays caused by carriers or external factors
- Subscriptions that were processed and not canceled on time.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact the merchant directly prior to filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback does not override this policy and does not guarantee a refund. Zeotein reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that conflict with disclosed product terms, delivery timelines, or digital fulfillment.
Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Review product descriptions and disclosures prior to purchase
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Monitor order confirmation and delivery emails
- Contact the merchant with questions before initiating disputes
