Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Zeotein, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or place an order.
Products & Services
Zeotein offers physical products, digital program materials, and hybrid offerings that may include both.
Some products may be sold as presales or pre-orders, meaning fulfillment occurs after purchase according to disclosed timelines.
Product descriptions, disclosures, and policies form part of this agreement.
Presale & Pre-Order Terms
Presale purchases are made ahead of production or fulfillment.
Estimated ship dates are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Ship dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders are fulfilled in the order received.
Delays within the disclosed fulfillment window do not constitute non-delivery.
By placing a presale order, the customer agrees to these terms.
Digital Content
Certain products include digital guides, educational materials, and downloadable content.
Digital materials are delivered electronically after purchase.
Once digital content is delivered or made available, the order is considered partially fulfilled.
Digital content is non-refundable and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.
Pricing, Promotions, and Discount Codes
Prices are subject to change. Discount codes may not be combined unless stated, apply to a single order, and may be limited to first-time customers. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed using codes obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended terms.
Subscription Billing & Management
By starting a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval selected at checkout, until you cancel. We send a reminder before each renewal.
You may skip, pause, swap, or cancel at any time before your next billing date through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect on future deliveries; orders already processed are handled under the Refund Policy.
Refunds, Returns
Purchases are covered by our 30-Day Guarantee as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding returns or refunds, the Refund Policy controls.
Guarantee claims are limited to a customer's first order, one claim per customer or household, and one supply per claim. We reserve the right to decline claims that fall outside the stated terms or that show evidence of abuse, including repeat claims across multiple accounts, addresses, or payment methods.
Damaged, missing, and returned items are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 14-day damage claim window and international customs terms described there.
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are determined by the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer, are collected by the carrier at delivery, and are not included in the order total or refundable by us. Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to import restrictions on animal-derived ingredients.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact Zeotein directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback does not override these Terms of Service or disclosed product terms. Zeotein reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that conflict with stated policies, delivery timelines, digital fulfillment, or subscription billing authorizations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Reviewing product descriptions and disclosures prior to purchase
Providing accurate billing and shipping information
Monitoring order confirmation and delivery emails
Managing subscription settings and billing dates
Contacting the merchant with questions before filing disputes
Failure to do so does not constitute merchant error.
Product Information and Health Disclaimer
Zeotein products are dietary supplements, not medications. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Individual results vary.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeotein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Zeotein’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, digital materials, and program resources are the property of Zeotein and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state of business registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Zeotein reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
