Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.

Orders may include digital materials, physical products, or a combination of both. Digital materials are delivered electronically. Physical products are shipped according to the timelines below.


Presale & Pre-Order Shipments

Some products are offered as presales or pre-orders, meaning they are purchased before production or fulfillment begins.

  • Estimated ship dates are disclosed clearly on the product page and/or at checkout.

  • Presale orders ship on or around the disclosed date.

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

  • Presale fulfillment timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders placed during a presale are not considered late unless they exceed the disclosed fulfillment window.


Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines begin once an order has shipped, not when it is placed.

  • Processing and fulfillment times vary based on product type and order volume.

  • Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other external factors are outside the merchant’s control.

Shipping delays do not constitute non-delivery.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided after an order has shipped.

  • Tracking is not available prior to fulfillment.

  • Orders containing presale items will not receive tracking until shipment occurs.

  • Failure to receive tracking prior to shipment does not indicate an issue with the order.


Digital Delivery

Programs may include digital guides, educational materials, or downloadable content.

  • Digital materials are delivered electronically after purchase.

  • Delivery of digital materials constitutes partial fulfillment of the order.

  • Digital delivery is not affected by physical shipping timelines.


Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once an order enters processing.


Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Zeotein is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address entry

In cases of confirmed delivery by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.


International Shipping

If applicable:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country

  • These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer

  • Zeotein has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount

  • International delivery times vary and are not guaranteed

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

  • Review product disclosures and shipping timelines prior to purchase

  • Monitor confirmation and shipping emails

  • Contact the merchant directly with shipping questions before initiating disputes
